Local Proof: Ready to Drink Cocktails

“The idea for Couture was born out of making Manhattans for years and my love for entertaining,” Brady says. “I always have a signature cocktail at my dinner parties and found myself stuck behind the bar, rather than visiting with my guests. I decided to make two bottles of Manhattans—one for granny and one for my party. It was a huge success and got me thinking there were probably more people out there who would love the convenience of having access to a high quality cocktail in one bottle.”

Couture Cocktails featured in Portland Business Journal

It looks like Portland has a serious entrant in the cocktails-on-the-go category.
For, presumably, the banker on the go, Couture Cocktails is selling bottled Manhattans that the company says "maintains the same integrity as a freshly mixed drink." The company plans to release two new cocktails a year.
"Couture Cocktails combines the centuries-old art of American distilleries with modern mixology," said CEO Laura Brady. "Our line of cocktails is timeless and elegant. It's couture - high quality."
And, it's also now available in most Oregon liquor stores.
